- ItemThe Quran’s Unveiling of the Deviations of the People of the Book and It’s Annulment(2003) Mousa Mahmoud Taha Saeed; Dr. Muhammad Hafith Al-ShreidahThis study, titled The Qurans Unveiling of the Deviations of the People of the Book and Its Annulment is divided into an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion. The study is an attempt to specify the meaning of the People of the Book and Islams position on their narrations, which pertain to religious affairs. In addition, the study has examined the deviations of the People of the Book in several aspects of their belief and ideology, such as their misconception of God, the Prophets, the Angels, Holy Books, and the Day of Judgment. The study has discussed the types of legislative deviations of the People of the Book in terms of social, economic, political, and military affairs. The study, as well, has brought to light many of their moral deviations and ingrained characteristics, as well as the consequences that this immorality had led to. The researcher has applied the above analysis to the verses of the Holy Quran, which pertain to the People of the Book. He has drawn evidence on their deviations from the Holy Quran, and referred, in some cases, to the Old and New Testament. The study has concluded the research with a major finding that the People of the Book, both Jews and Christians have diverted from the right path due to the changes and alterations they made to their books, and their turning away from the teachings of their Prophets. Finally, I have put down an index for the study.
- ItemThe Stages of Human Creation According to the Verses of the Holy Quran(2003) Mona Rifaat Idaas Abdel-Razick; Dr. Mohsen Al KhalidiThis study, titled The Stages of Human Creation According to the Verses of the Holy Quran is divided into an introduction, preface, two chapters, and a conclusion. The study is an attempt to bring to view some aspects of the eloquence of the Quran and the scientific facts that the Quran mentions pertaining to the stages of human development. In addition, the study has examined the conditions that Muslim Scholars have laid down in order for us to interpret the verses that contain scientific facts, emphasizing on the fact that understanding these verses cannot be accomplished unless we make use, also, of modern technology. The study has discussed the Qurans perspective on mankind in terms of being comprehensive, realistic, positive, respecting human intelligence, and encouraging us to reflect on our own creation as a way to understand both ourselves and the Magnificence of the Creator. The study, as well, has brought to light some signs of Allah's power and might, by analyzing the creation of Adam, Hawwa (Eve), and Prophet Isa (Jesus), which are considered miracles, as their creation is not based on marriage, the law of Human Reproduction. The researcher has also analyzed the stages of human development according to the verses of the Holy Quran, along with modern embryology. In the last chapter of this study, the researcher did a study on Embryonic and Adult Cloning due to its relationship to human creation. Finally, an index has been put down for the study.
- ItemWoman At The Qura`n Stories(2003) Hedab Mohammad Ahmad Al-Hussein; Dr. Muhsen Al-KhaldiPraise be to Allah who has given us the honor of Islam , prayers and bless be upon the prophet of pity , who came carrying Quran from Allah to guide , to preach and worn . The research doesn’t be away of truth if she said that : one of the important features keeping the holy book ( Quran ) and the Sunna of the prophet (prayers and peace from Allah upon him ) . Those researches which concerned with sections of Quran and Sunna especially which play a great role in the reality of people , this role which is argumentative such as the woman subject , this creature who humaneness , so these laws described the woman as instrument or a servant for men , and also described her as the source of evil and a plague . But Quran replied these pretenses and showed that woman doesn't care to be a woman because she is similar as the man . God , Allah prefer people by devotion and by longing to what Allah will give them . The woman in the Quran narration is a believer or disbeliever or indefinite . As an example for the believer woman , Eve ( Adam's wife ) ( prayers and peace be upon him ) who Allah has created her from Adam himself and made her a human to live with in the heaven , but Adam and his wife had eaten from the forbidden tree by the whispers of devil : Then , did satan make them slip from the Garden , and them out of the state in which they had been .1) Adam and his wife believed devil and after obedience devil they came down after eating from the tree : We said Get ye down , all ( ye people )with enmity between yourselves on earth will be your dwelling place and your means of live hood for a time (2) . But the repentance came directory : Then learnt Adam from his lord word of inspiration and his lord turned towards him (3) And this what distinguishes and separates believers from others , so he has quick repentance and returns to God orders and isn't led by arrogance to more crime . (1) Al Baqra36(2) Al Baqra36(3) Al Baqra37 Another example for the believer woman is the king of Saba , who her news was taken to solmon , the son of David ( prayers and peace be upon them ) by the hoopoe : I have compassed ( territory ) which thou hast not compassed , and I have come to thee from Saba , with tidings with every requisite and she has a magnificent throne (1) But in addition to her rule and great throne, she believed God and followed his prophet . The research spoke about the character of the disbeliever woman in glorious Quran. The research only told us about the wife’s of lut and Noah ( peace be upon them ) , that the Quran evidence pointed to their disbelieving : God sets forth , for an example to the unbelievers. The wife of Noah and righteou servants , but they were false to their husbands , and they profited nothing Before God on their account ,but were told Enter ye the fire along with others that enter ! (2) The research remarked to the behavior of these two woman with their husbands , that means their treason which is treason of credit and to refuse the mission and to be away from the faith and belief. The research also spoke about some woman who were less mentioned classified with the believer woman such as Sara , the wife of peace be upon him wife Abraham ,( and some of the them was indefinite and weren’t described as the believer or not . So we must stop to discuss her matter such as the wife of ( the great ) Aziz with joseph ( peace be upon ;him ) and which caused prison for him then the truth manifested and the innocent appeared: (3) (Said the Aziz wife : N ow is the truth manifest (To all):it was I who sought to seduce him from his (true) self : He is indeed of those who are (ever) true (and virtuous) Then the research dealt with the Israel themes in explanation of Quran . The researcher talked about the date of which these stories came and about their motives, also how these stories came to our explanatory inheritance with explaining every point, then she listed some of the Israel stories and show their falseness and glorious Quran. The researcher also talked about so,e benefits and preaches which Muslims must conclude them from the Israel stories in the Nobel Quran explanation.
- Itemتخريج الأحاديث الواردة في كتاب فتح الباري شرح صحيح البخاري من كتاب الآذان باب إذا حضر الطعام وأقيمت الصلاة إلى نهاية كتاب الجمعة(2003) Tha'er Ragheb Abd Al-Rahmman Al-Shrouf; Dr. Hussein Abdelhamid Al‐NaqeebPraise be to God and peace and prayer be upon him the Messenger , Mohammad . This paper is entitled the interpretation of the prophetic traditions (Hadiths) in the book of Fathrl Bary expounded by Sahih AL- Bokhari by Ben Hajar AL-asgalany .The work is presented for completing the master degree at AL-Najah University –Nablus .At the University the Faeulty of the Islamc Law (Sharia) made a plan for the interpretation of prophetic tradition which Ben Hajr al- asgalani mentioned in his book Al - fath in the course of explaining , interpreting and commenting on Al- sahiha hadiths ( sahih Al- bokhari some of the hadiths he repaired to in his exposition were in sahih muslim , others were in others books some of these are good , others are not.in his book , Al- fath , Ibn hajr judged on some of these Hadiths , but overlooked the others so , the college of sharia and Hadith learners at the Faculty of higher studies proposed that the students of Hadiths should work on this valuable book so as to be beproduced and present to people especially . Learners of legal sciences in a good manner . this will in turn enable students to consult it and make use of it .It should be pointed out that this book is not only useful for students of legal science but for jurists and interpreters , as well . The methodology of this paper is based on firstly , referred to in book ( fath Al- Bari ) . I’ve listed the hadith in the compilation of chapter forty- two of the book of Al- Azan entitled as ( when food is ready and prayer is performed ……..until the book of Al-Jum’a – The book that follows A L- azan’s. Secondly , I’ve interpreted these hadiths through looking for them in their places in the different kind of Sunna book like Al- sihah , Al-sunnas and Al-Masanid and others . Wherever I’ve found the hadith , I cited it in my paper . It’s worth- mentioning that Ibn hajr didn’t refer some of the Prophetic traditions to book of sunna or hadith. Thirdly , after I have gathered these hadiths from their places , I only wrote down one text from among those ones as they are similar though the Asanids are different . Then , comes the matter of judgement on the hadith through considering men of Isnad showing their ranks and conditions in terms of validity , weakness , accuracy and In other words , showing whether the relator is an authorative source , memorizer and amaster . Furthermore , knowing the levels for descrbing untrusted or weak narrates through relying on book of men and background know ledge including the lengthy and the detailed like book of Al-kamal by yousuf Ben Al- mezi and the briefs and the concises as ( Al-Taqrib on book ) by Ibn Hajr. Fourthly , after I have judged the Isnad of Hadith in terms of strength and weakness , Iook for other evidence that supports the truth or which raise its level from the extent of good to right ,or from weak to good . This requires that the Hadith must be told by more than one of the Companions of the Prophet Fifthly, knowing the meaning of the commonly used difficult terms, which the reader may find strange, especially if he is not from people of Hadith or sharia. This should be done through putting a number next to them in the text of Hadith and then, giving the meaning in the footnotes of this work. The meaning must be given based on books of Ggharib AL-Hadith as Al-Nihaya at Ggharib Al-Ather by Abu Al-Sa’adat Al-Juzari or on Arabic dictionaries like book of Lesan Al-Arab by Ibn Manthur, in a simple and easy manner that conveys the message and serves the purpose without boring long-windedness. Sixthly, in conclusion this paper included the methodology and findings I reached to and some of the recommendations. Moreover, I included the work with some of the indexes which may enable the reader to refer to and extract information as quickly as possible. For example, I set a table of content arranged on the jurist books and chapter, bound by Ibn Hajrs’s. I also set an index verses and distinguished figure and table of references arranged alphabetically, and which I used to prepare this paper. I concluded this work with English extract so that non-speakers of Arabic can figure out its content easily and decide if they can benefit from it.

- ItemThe Excesses in Authorities & Its Effects on the Disagreement of Scientists(2003) Fariz A. Hassan Najm; Dr. Khaled OlwanThis study is concerned with one of the most important issues in (Al-Hadeeth) terms, which is the excess in the authorities issue. In the first chapter of this study, it explained the meaning & reality of what’s called the (Appropriation), which means after all that one narrates (Single narrator) exclusively a certain text without anyone else shares this narration with him. The chapter talked also about the importance of this (Appropriation) in order to know the several modifications, disorders of Al-Hadeeth and also the relationship between (Appropriations) and (Irregularity). In the second chapter, the study explained the meaning of excess that might happen in the text of Al-hadeeth (Al-matn), which means that one harrater mentions a word or a sentence which is never mentioned by anybody else elsewhere. The scientists disagreed in the judgment of this kind of excess in many various ways, some accepted it absolutely and some others accepted it with some conditions and restrictions, a third group of them have gone into details and said that those excesses might be accepted in some positions and rejected in some others, and this approval or rejection depends on the different inferences (in the context) and also on the predominates (Possibilities) which are very variable. About the excess in Al-Sanad (Chain of narrators of a certain Hadeeth), means the disagreement of a group of these narrators in the relating of (Al-Hadeeth) or sending or raising or even pause it. Scientists also disagreed in the judgment is for he who sends this Hadeeth or pauses it (Which means the rejection of this excess). Some others said that the judgment is for he who relies it (to the source) and raises it (which means to accept the excess), another group agreed on that the judgment is for the majority, others gave it to those who are considered the most memorizing by heart, and there also found some others who said with not giving any absolute judgments for any of the previous, and that the whole matter just depends on the context, inferences, and possibilities. In the third chapter, the study talked about some jurisprudential issues on which scientists disagreed so much, that was due to their disagreement originally on accepting or rejecting the different authorities. The study showed that most scientists preponderate predominate both raising & relying on pausing sending, because they consider the former to come from (by) those with more knowledge and science.

- ItemThe Pharaoh's Character in the Holy Quran(2003) Qasem Tawfiq Qasem Khader; Dr. Mohsin Al-KhaldiI started my research with an Introduction narrating the story of the Pharaoh in general mentioning the time, the place and the historical background of the story. In addition to the Pharaoh's psychology and His claim to be aged. I have done so to enable the reader to understand my thesis. I talk about the main characteristics of the Pharaoh's personality as depicted explicitly or implicitly in the Holy Koran . I tried my best to analyze the texts and to relate it with the realities of our present time to understand the psychological disease now and in the past . This paper tries to understanding the causes behind the unique personality of The Pharaoh and to prescribe preventive measures from the dangerous defects In this personality . Thus, I tried to explore the ways the Pharaoh used to strengthen his regime such as murdering and torturing opponents, Lying on people to hide the truth, and his supreme control of both the army and the distribution of money . I also talk about the effects of the Pharaoh's personality on the people in his Kingdome In which they become submissive, materialistic and the gap between the classes in the society is so wide .Therefore, Allah punished them because no good human values existed in that society. Finally, I mention how, according to the Koran, Moses faced the Pharaoh with a number of steps started by the preparation of the prophet Moses for that difficult task. I explain the nature of conveying religion to people, and the ability to deal with the fast developments in our world .I assert the importance of the spiritual and the materialistic preparations as well as endurance and patience for those who convey the message of Allah .At the end of my thesis I mention the most important lessons we should learn from the Pharaoh's story and numerate some useful conclusions of this research.

All the narrations and whatever comes up from the differences of scholars could then be studied. In general, I have tried to do my best, and have nothing to say but to pray God to bless my modest effort by success.
- ItemPreservation of Honor According to the Verses of the Holy Quran(2003) Balsam Fares Suliman Rabia; Dr. Khader Abd-Lateef SawendekIn the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and peace be upon his Prophet Mohammed and upon his companions; All societies fight adultery {Zina} and consider it a sin that leads to evil, and brings destructive consequences on individuals and groups. Adultery is the worst transgression that violates the honor. The positive laws addressed adultery and determined the appropriate different punishments. The ancients misdealt with adultery; however, the modern laws somehow ignored the punishment by restricting it to rape, or extra-marital sexual relationships considering it a violation of the marital life, while other forms of adultery are considered within the limits of personal freedom. Islam considers any sexual relationship, save as marriage, a transgression that any person who commits will be liable to punishment. Honor is considered among the five necessities, which Islam seeks to maintain namely religion, life, progeny, properties and mind. They are named the necessities because they are substantial for the maintenance of the individual and community. Thus, Islam advocates a number of specific measures to reduce the temptations towards sex outside marriage. Islam determined the preventative punishments for those who insist on fulfilling their sexual desires ignoring all principles and values. The determined punishment is conforming to the crimes and the danger of such crimes. Concerning the other sexual crimes, such as sodomy, lesbianism, having sex with animals and masturbation, the punishments determined for such crimes are reprehensive.
- ItemExegesis of Quranic Verses Pertinent to Legislations & Practical Rules Applying to the People of the Book(2003) Kheir El-Deen Odeh Farah Taha; Dr. Mohammad Hafeth ShuraidehExegesis of Quranic Verses Pertinent to Legislations & Practical Rules Applying to the People of the Book Divine revelation of all religions is one; therefore, there is a perfect match among them in marks of belief. There is also a meeting among them in matters or issues of legislation; however, the people of the Book, the Christians and the Jews, misconstrued both the issues of belief and legislations. Against this backdrop, this research sought to prove two things: Similarity between Muslims divine legislations and those of the people of the Book. The people of the Books change of those legislations to a large extent. Of the legislative issues examined, the researcher dealt with the issues of (Religious Observances) such as prayers, fasting, Zakat (Islamic Charity), and pilgrimage. He also tackled financial and judicial rulings in addition to rules governing foods, Shabbat, statues and pictures. Through this research, laws imposed on them were proved. It was pointed out how those divine laws were altered by them. The Holy Quran has revealed all these facts about them and this is clearly an evidence that the Holy Quran is the Book of Allah. This disclosure of their misdoings is a miracle that no human being is capable of rendering.
- ItemMnhaj Al-Emam Ibn Jareer Al-Tabari fee Al-Tarjeh Bayna Aqwal Al-mofasseren(2004) Tammam Kamal Mosa Shair; Dr . Mohsen Al- KhaldiThe reader of interpretation of the Holy Quran books notice that these books are contains many sayings in comment airing of the verses of the Holy Quran. Most of these interpretation books don't surpass any of that opinions. The mayor of the interpretation men IBN JARIR AL-TABARI is discrete of the others because he is discussing the opinion, then studying his evidence finally, he concludes the most surpass of that sayings. This study is a trail that can be able to exposit the roots that Ibn Jarir was followed, then in accordance of that we can establish an integrated theorem of the basics of commentary of Holy Quran and its rules. Then using Ibn Jarir interpretation of Holy Quran as a sample of using those basics. This study contains five chapters: The first chapter contains two subjects: The first subject searches about Ibn Jarir and his social and scientific status, and his theory in Holy Quran commentary. The second subject discusses the reason of the difference between men of interpretation of the Holy Quran. It concludes that sometimes that difference in words only, but it is really difference in the others. The second chapter includes the necessity of interpretation of Quran by Quran to make surpass between men of interpretation because the verses of the Holy Quran explain each other's. The third chapter includes the maximum value of prophet interpretation of Holy Quran because Sunnah of the prophet explains the Holy Quran verses and make assurance of it. The fourth chapter contains the importance of sayings about interpretation of the Holy Quran comes from ancestors of Al Ummah., it concludes that these sayings in spite its importance, but it is not a proof but we can discuss it and make our opinions about it and increase on it. The fifth chapter discusses the surpass basis on opinion and independent reasoning, and it certificates that the interpretation of Holy Quran must depend on apparent meaning and it must not exceed that meaning if it is not depending on evidence. - ItemExtracting the Speeches Hadeeth are Mentioned in Fath Al-Bare the Explantion of Sahih Al-Bukhari from the Book of Al Khawf to the Book Taqseer As-Salah(2004) Mohammed Wajeeh Mohammed Heniny; Dr. Huseen An-NaqeebThank God and the Prayer and Peace are on our Prophet From my research came out to me various summaries and notes, general and Particular. 1. Right and all right is the generous Qura'n and the Two corrects It is completely rare, afterwards, to find other document. Generally doesn't exist. I fit is found, it could be completeness or clarification. 2. Fateh Al Bary's book is magnificent and of a great value. But this book contains numerous is formation which could be summarized, omitted of simplified so that its benefit could be spread on the worlds. 3. I Know and confess that Ben Hager is a rare and scientific encyclopedia in the history of the Islamic world. I don't think that anybody could reach any Percentage to what he reached. But the confession about this fact is a thing and the ability of contravention is something else. I don't believe, also, that Ben Hager's scientific value could be affected by one criticism or two on the other hoed, I don't believe that any Person who disagrees with him intends to affect his position. I don't believe, that criticism is the same as evaluation. He who criticizes can't evaluates. From summaries that researcher states his notes. But it is obvious that it is not allowed that when these notes are understood, to be summarized and introduced for criticism only, as if the main work of the researcher is criticism. 4. It is not allowed in the scientific field to deprive anybody from his right to express his ideas. There ideas may be wrong but it could be right, It may be right but it is supposed to be wrong. 5. There is no restriction to discuss axioms; But why are some people afraid of discussing them? Are they so weak that nobody may remember them and study them? I don't think so. Are some people afraid of facts to be changed? Or to be afraid that mountains could be devastated? If these realities were in that level of weakness or they mere a letter, they should go away. 6. The history of breach, diligence, criticism and irregularity are very old and still existed. But people who carried these ideas and some who doubted the existence of God, all are useless. Does these ideas change anything? 7. I saw that Ben Hager's method is between moderation, intermediation and Kinney. But it is near to the leniency. 8. The speeches which I studied, the Book of Fearand the Book of shortening Prayare nearly (212) from Moslemor Burkhartand no important addition to them. Thus (188) Speeches had remained. 9. More than one third of the (212). Speeches proved to be weak. I am not very firm towards what had lasted, they may be found correct. He who worked hard but he is mistaken will have one reward if he has a good faith; but he will be double rewarded if he is found right. 10. Ben Hager had judgment a number of these speeches around: or more of that. But he left the rest without judgment. 11. I agree with Ben Hager in his judgment on a number of speeches around one – tenth of the number he mentioned. But I disagree with him in his judgment on the rest. 12. I found no speech that Ben Hager weakened, could be corrected. What had happened was on the contrary.
- ItemThe Abbreviated Letters (Al-Muqatta't)(2004) Fadil Abbas Saleh Abed-Elatief Abu Isa; Dr. Mohsen S. Al-khaldy; Dr.Mhoamad Al-SaiedThis research aims to define the abbreviated letters (Al-muqqtta) which come at the beginning of Suras of the Holy Quran Twenty nine Suras of the Holy Quran start with the abbreviated letters and nothing be mentioned that prophet Muhammad peace be upon him talk about their meaning, all of these Suras are revealed in Mecca excepting two revealed in Al-Madinah. This method was known before Islam by the people of the book, Christians and Jews, or by Arabs before Islam, but it was completely different than the method of the Holy Quran. These abbreviated letters have connection with numerical coordination, but no connection with the number of letters, which was known by Jews. - ItemExtracting the Speeches of the Prophet "Hadith" Mentioned in the Book of Fath Albaree, the Explanation of Sahih Al – Bukhari, the Funerals "Al – Jana’az" Book the Chapter up the Prayer on Funerals to the Book of Pligrimag(2004) Hanan Eid Abed Abed-Alhadi; Dr. Khaled ElwanThanks to God and his prophet Mohammad and All his followers. One of the greatest disasters get down on Muslims from the earliest ages until our day is the extension of weak speeches prophetic traditions This resulted to many turpitudes and vices, some of these vices are from the unknown doctrinal matters, and other from the statutory matters. God wisdom doesn't want these prophetic traditions Hadith extend between Muslims without supporting who recover their reality and show to people their values, they are the Hadith mullahs and the prophetic traditions holders. It is a bless from God to participate in this holy noble worthy work. My thesis little is the study of the prophetic traditions Hadith and the judgment on them to show the weak from the right One. My thesis consists of two hundreds prophetic traditions taken from Fath Al Bari, the explanation of sahih Al Bukhari by Al hafez Ahmad bin ali bin Hajar, Al Askalani starting from the funerals book chapter the prayer traditions on funerals and ended by pilgrimage book, chapter leaving from Batha and others for the maccaian and pilgrim if he leaves to Mina. - ItemExtracting of Saying Mentioned in Sath AL-Bari in Elucidating Saheeh AL-Bukhari, from the Gift Book to the Holy War Book(2004) Nu'man Naif Hamdan Asa'd; Dr. Khalid UlwanI was greatly honored to be chosen by Almighty God to be one of the soldiers who defend the boarders of our religion through my knowledge of our prophets. I was rather lucky that my research on our prophets norms and traditions about extracting of the sayings mentioned in Fath Al-Bari in Elucidating Saheeh Al-Bukhari, from The Gift Book to The Holy War and Biographies Book written by Ibn Hajer Al-Asqalani. I have discussed the sayings that Ibn Hajer had mentioned through his explanation (250 sayings in number), where I addressed in accordance with the principles [ut forward by scientists of this glorious science. So, If was right, then it is Gods will or then it is my own fault and error. After reviewing the scientists ideas about the narrators justice on telling the sayings, I came to the cause of the differences in judging the saying whether it is right, strong or weak, and this was the entrance to the sayings where Ibn Hajer said his opinion or kept silent and mentioned nothing about them. Scientists are human beings, and Prophets only are those who do not make mistakes, so it is no wonder that whenever Ibn Hier gives a word about a certain saying that we may agree or refuse his stand. This matter was far from our reach, we the student, lest the efforts of our Honored teachers, Dr. Khaled Ulwan and Dr. Hasan AI-Naquib, who showed us the Scientific Method of study where it is possible to argue scientist in this domain and others. And here we have to remember the words of AI-Imam AI-Shafi who said pointing to our prophet grave saying: it is possible to take from all and argue them. Except for this grave residence. Method of Research: I followed the following steps on completing my research: 1.Numerating the saying mentioned in Ibn Hajer book from The Gift Book to the end of The Holy War and Biographies Book (250 sayings) in number. 2.Extracting these sayings from their origins. 3.Studying the saying in accordance with new methods and rules. 4.Explaining the narrator degree of justice, weakness and strength depending on the Books and explanations. 5.Resorting to the ideas of scientists of sayings before judging any saying. 6.Finally I was able to give a certain idea about the saying. 7.Afterwards I used to seek to for any other indications supporting the saying and increasing its degree of accuracy. 8.On dealing With the doubted narrators I used to mention the different views about them. 9.I used not to depend the on the stand of both Al-Ejlei and Ibn Hayyan as their methods were not satisfactory for my research. 10.I considered the narrators mentioned by Ibn Hajer as satisfactory, as weak narrators 11.I used to search for the names of the narrators who were mentioned through nicknames only 12.Whenever there were several methods of mentioning the saying I used to mention that and if the matter was not settled I used tp consider other methods till I feel satisfied. 13.I used to control the names and words through good punctuation. 14.Explaining the difficult and unused vocabulary and idioms. 15.I have to study this research; everything was arranged in order. The Research Significance: The importance of this research is a result of the importance of the sayings themselves. As the saying is the second resource of importance of the saying themselves, as the Saying is the second resource of Legislation in Islam, and it is considered the source of understanding and explaining much of the Quran verses. Besides, the importance of the research relates to the importance of the book itself anywhere else. Therefore, I prepared this research as a service for the Sayings, then as service for such a valuable book, hoping to get to the success and benefit of this book. Finally, I feel it is my duty to thank my honorable teachers and supervisors who helped me a lot in preparing this research, in particular Dr. Khaled Ulwan, the supervisor, Dr. Hussein Al-Naquib, the enternal examiner and Dr. Ali Aluosh, the external examiner, who put all their efforts to help me in this research.
