Abstract
Exegesis of Quranic Verses Pertinent to Legislations & Practical Rules Applying to the People of the Book Divine revelation of all religions is one; therefore, there is a perfect match among them in marks of belief. There is also a meeting among them in matters or issues of legislation; however, the people of the Book, the Christians and the Jews, misconstrued both the issues of belief and legislations. Against this backdrop, this research sought to prove two things: Similarity between Muslims divine legislations and those of the people of the Book. The people of the Books change of those legislations to a large extent. Of the legislative issues examined, the researcher dealt with the issues of (Religious Observances) such as prayers, fasting, Zakat (Islamic Charity), and pilgrimage. He also tackled financial and judicial rulings in addition to rules governing foods, Shabbat, statues and pictures. Through this research, laws imposed on them were proved. It was pointed out how those divine laws were altered by them. The Holy Quran has revealed all these facts about them and this is clearly an evidence that the Holy Quran is the Book of Allah. This disclosure of their misdoings is a miracle that no human being is capable of rendering.
تفسير الآيات القرآنية الخاصة بذكر التشريعات والأحكام العملية لأهل الكتاب إنّ أصل الأديان جميعها هو الوحي الإلهي ، من هنا كان التطابق في أمور الإيمان ، والتشابه والتقارب في أمور التشريع ، إلا أنّ أهل الكتاب اليهود والنصارى أقدموا على تحريف الجانبين : أمور العقائد وأمور التشريع. وفي هذا البحث حاولت إثبات أمرين : التشابه في التشريع بيننا وبين أهل الكتاب ، وتحريف أهل الكتاب لتلك التشريعات إلى حدٍ بعيد . ومن الأمور التشريعية التي بحثت فيها : أمور العبادات من صلاة وصيام وزكاة وحج وأحكام أخرى مالية وقضائية وأحكام الأطعمة والسبت والتماثيل والصور . ومن خلال البحث تمّ إثبات الأحكام التي فرضت عليهم ، وتمّت الإشارة غالباً إلى تحريف تلك الأحكام الحاصل منهم ، وإنّ كشف القرآن لهذه الحقائق لأكبر دليل على أنّه كتاب الله تبارك وتعالى ، وأنّ هذا الكشف معجزة لا يقدر على مثلها بشر.
