Abstract

I was greatly honored to be chosen by Almighty God to be one of the soldiers who defend the boarders of our religion through my knowledge of our prophets. I was rather lucky that my research on our prophets norms and traditions about extracting of the sayings mentioned in Fath Al-Bari in Elucidating Saheeh Al-Bukhari, from The Gift Book to The Holy War and Biographies Book written by Ibn Hajer Al-Asqalani. I have discussed the sayings that Ibn Hajer had mentioned through his explanation (250 sayings in number), where I addressed in accordance with the principles [ut forward by scientists of this glorious science. So, If was right, then it is Gods will or then it is my own fault and error. After reviewing the scientists ideas about the narrators justice on telling the sayings, I came to the cause of the differences in judging the saying whether it is right, strong or weak, and this was the entrance to the sayings where Ibn Hajer said his opinion or kept silent and mentioned nothing about them. Scientists are human beings, and Prophets only are those who do not make mistakes, so it is no wonder that whenever Ibn Hier gives a word about a certain saying that we may agree or refuse his stand. This matter was far from our reach, we the student, lest the efforts of our Honored teachers, Dr. Khaled Ulwan and Dr. Hasan AI-Naquib, who showed us the Scientific Method of study where it is possible to argue scientist in this domain and others. And here we have to remember the words of AI-Imam AI-Shafi who said pointing to our prophet grave saying: it is possible to take from all and argue them. Except for this grave residence. Method of Research: I followed the following steps on completing my research: 1.Numerating the saying mentioned in Ibn Hajer book from The Gift Book to the end of The Holy War and Biographies Book (250 sayings) in number. 2.Extracting these sayings from their origins. 3.Studying the saying in accordance with new methods and rules. 4.Explaining the narrator degree of justice, weakness and strength depending on the Books and explanations. 5.Resorting to the ideas of scientists of sayings before judging any saying. 6.Finally I was able to give a certain idea about the saying. 7.Afterwards I used to seek to for any other indications supporting the saying and increasing its degree of accuracy. 8.On dealing With the doubted narrators I used to mention the different views about them. 9.I used not to depend the on the stand of both Al-Ejlei and Ibn Hayyan as their methods were not satisfactory for my research. 10.I considered the narrators mentioned by Ibn Hajer as satisfactory, as weak narrators 11.I used to search for the names of the narrators who were mentioned through nicknames only 12.Whenever there were several methods of mentioning the saying I used to mention that and if the matter was not settled I used tp consider other methods till I feel satisfied. 13.I used to control the names and words through good punctuation. 14.Explaining the difficult and unused vocabulary and idioms. 15.I have to study this research; everything was arranged in order. The Research Significance: The importance of this research is a result of the importance of the sayings themselves. As the saying is the second resource of importance of the saying themselves, as the Saying is the second resource of Legislation in Islam, and it is considered the source of understanding and explaining much of the Quran verses. Besides, the importance of the research relates to the importance of the book itself anywhere else. Therefore, I prepared this research as a service for the Sayings, then as service for such a valuable book, hoping to get to the success and benefit of this book. Finally, I feel it is my duty to thank my honorable teachers and supervisors who helped me a lot in preparing this research, in particular Dr. Khaled Ulwan, the supervisor, Dr. Hussein Al-Naquib, the enternal examiner and Dr. Ali Aluosh, the external examiner, who put all their efforts to help me in this research.
الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على أشرف الخلق والمرسلين محمد بن عبد الله ومن والاه بإحسان إلى يوم الدين، وبعد...... لقد منّ الله علي إذ شرفني بحديث الرسول محمد e، وأن أكون ممن يبلغ عنه آية، ويدافع عنه برأيه، رأيه العلم المشرق، والسبيل المنير، لهذا الدين الحنيف. وخاصة أننا نمر في هذه الأيام بحملة على ديننا وقرآننا وسنة نبينا e، وعلى أمتنا الإسلامية جمعاء. لهذا حمدت الله عز وجل مراراً وتكراراً ، بأن شرفني لأن أكون جنديا أقف على ثغور هذا الدين العظيم، مدافعاً عنه، بِيدَي ولساني وقلمي. فنقل الأخبار عن النبي المختار، بحاجة إلى دقة حتى لا نقول ما ليس عنه e، فهو ميدان لا يخوض غماره إلا من أعانهم الله عليه، فالعلماء ورثة الأنبياء وهم من يحملون هذا الدين إلى الناس أجمعين من بعدهم. وإني أقف حياءً من جهدي المتواضع حين أقارنه بأولئك العظام أصحاب الصروح العلمية والقلاع القوية، ولكن اقتداءً بهم وسيراً على دربهم وبحثاً هنا وهناك أضع نقطة في بحورهم لعلها تكون بداية لمن أراد المزيد، وينتفع بها كلُ طالب علمٍ جديد. وحجة لي يوم لقاء رب العالمين. وفي بحثي هذا تناولت موضوعاً في سنة نبينا محمد e في تخريج أحاديثه من كتاب فتح الباري شرح صحيح البخاري لأبن حجر العسقلاني، من كتاب (الهبة إلى نهاية الجهاد والسير) التي ذكرها ابن حجر في ثنايا شرحه، والتي تبلغ تعدادها (250) حديثاً وقمت بدراستها حسب القواعد التي وضعها العلماء لهذا العلم الجليل، فإن أصبت فمن الله وما توفيقي إلا بالله وأن أخطأت فمن نفسي وشيطاني ( إن النفس لأمارة بالسوء)، (وما إنسانية إلا الشيطان أن أذكره). وقد كان منهجي في البحث حسب طرق وقواعد قد بينتها في المقدمة، سيأتي ذكرها هناك. وتنبع أهمية هذا البحث لاهتمامه بالحديث الشريف فهو المصدر الثاني من مصادر التشريع في الإسلام، وعليه يعتمد في فهم وتفسير كثير من نصوص القرآن الكريم الذي لا يأتيه الباطل من بين يديه ولا من خلفه. وترجع كذلك أهميته لأهمية كتاب الفتح الباري الذي حوى درراً وجواهر وكنوزاً يعز وجودهاً ويقل نظيرها مجتمعه في غيره من الكتب والمصنفاتـ فكان لا بدّ من السعي من أجل تسهيل مهمة الرجوع إليه والاستفادة منه، وذلك بفتح ما أحكم من إغلاقه وإقفاله وكشف ما استشكل من مضمونه ومحتوياته، وهنا لا يفوتني أن أتقدم بالشكر والعرفان للقائمين على كلية الشريعة في جامعة النجاح لتبنيهم هذا العمل النفيس. وللأهمية التي ذكرتها للحديث، آثرت أن يكون بحثي في هذا المجال، خدمة للحديث الشريف أولاً ولكتاب الفتح الباري ثانيا ويكون عوناً لطلبة العلم. وقد واجهتني معوقات ومشاكل كثيرة إلا أن رحمة ربي أعظم وأكبر وشعرت بقربه مني في كثير من الأحيان حين تشتد علي الأمور فالمال وصعوبة التنقل والبحث والتنقيب في المكتبات بسبب الاحتلال وحواجزه الظالمة، وضيق الوقت، وذلك لأنني أزاول مهنة التدريس، فوجدت صعوبة في التوفيق بين مهنتي ودراستي، لكن الثقة بالله عز وجل والهمة العالية والإراده القوية تذلل كل الصعوبات وتكشف كل هم. وقد توسعت في بيان ذلك في المقدمة ومنهجي في البحث والمعوقات التي واجهتني، لذا اختصرت على ما ذكرته والله ولي التوفيق.
