dc.description.abstractThis project presents the design and implementation of a smart, automated hot beverage machine capable of preparing a variety of drinks, including coffee, Nescafé, espresso, latte, and cappuccino. The machine allows users to customize their beverages by selecting sugar levels, liquid type (water, milk, or both), and cup size via a keypad or a mobile application. It features an integrated LCD screen for interactive guidance and supports admin-level modifications to drink names and ingredients. The system combines mechanical, electronic, and software components, using Arduino Mega, ESP32, stepper motors, temperature sensors, relays, and pumps. Challenges such as mechanical design constraints, time pressure, and electrical safety were addressed through iterative testing and expert consultation. The final prototype operates reliably and provides a convenient, user-friendly interface for beverage preparation. This project lays the foundation for future enhancements, including smart scheduling, integrated payment systems, and personalized user experiences.
