The platform integrates fitness training, nutrition planning, progress tracking, artificial intelligence, and social interaction features into a single comprehensive system aimed at promoting healthier lifestyles and long-term wellness. The system supports multiple user roles, including users, coaches, nutritionists, and administrators, each with dedicated functionalities and management capabilities. Through integrated communication tools, users can connect with fitness professionals for personalized guidance and support throughout their fitness journey. Finesse provides a comprehensive exercise database containing detailed workout information, including targeted muscle groups, difficulty levels, estimated duration, calorie expenditure, and instructional videos. Based on the user's selected goal—weight loss, weight gain, or weight maintenance—the platform recommends suitable workout plans and nutritional programs. Additionally, users can generate personalized workout routines tailored to their goals, fitness levels, and preferences. The nutrition module calculates individual calorie requirements and offers meal recommendations aligned with the user's objectives. Users can track daily calorie consumption, monitor water intake, record body weight and measurements, and visualize their progress over time through detailed tracking features.
