- ItemThe Effect of a Proposed Training Program for some special physical Abilities on skills performance level for quintet junior football player of Blatter Academy in Ramallah(2016) Abdallah Mahmoud Ghannam; Prof. Imad saleh Abdel-Haq; Dr. Mahmoud AlatrashThe aim of this study was to identify the effect of a proposed training program for some special physical abilities on skills performance level for quintet junior football players of Blatter academy in Ramallah. The study sample was consisted of (30) soccer beginners under the age of (12) years whom were divided equally into two groups: experimental group (n=15) undertook the proposed training program, while the control group (n= 15) underwent the traditional one. The researcher utilized the experimental approach in its method pre- post tests for suiting and achieving the study targeted goals. Four skill tests were conducted before and after implementing the proposed training program and SPSS program was used to analyze data. The study results showed the following: - The proposed training program had a significant and positive impact on developing the skills ( sense of ball, accuracy of passing, running with the ball, and accuracy of shooting), where the percentages of change of the skills performance level were (63.60% ,110.8%,14.62%, 171.6%) respectively for the experimental group. - There were no statistically significant differences was found at (α = 0.05) in skills performance level for the control group. - There were statistically significant differences was found at (α = 0.05) in the post test of skills performance level between experimental and control groups for the experimental group. The researcher recommended the necessity of using this proposed training program to improve the skills performance level for quintet junior football players in early age categories, as well as the need of trainers’ attention to concentrate on training the basic quintet soccer skills for the junior players
