AZIZA Companyis considered as one of the largest companies that supplied the Palestinian market with poultry products.It has many facilities distributed in different locations in the West Bank and the mangers in the company using qualitative techniques. So, the aims of this project are to improve Aziza’s competitive advantage and increase the market share, by implementing different mathematical models andidentify the optimum way for fulfilling the customer order by studying and implementing logistic models. This project covered multi issues and models on AZIZA company: 1. Applying forecasting techniques. 2. Implementing revenue management model that applies on AZIAZA. 3. Studying the centralization and decentralization supply chain. 4. Identifying transportation model and how to implement it on AZIZA.
