dc.description.abstract | Construction industries have become an important player and are vital for the economic development of any country particularly the developing countries, where they face problems and challenges. Successful completion of construction projects within the specified budget has become a challenging task. It is uncommon that a project is completed well within the estimated time, budget and desired quality. Projects are one of the means by which organizations and communities develop in order to achieve balance, regardless of service projects or profitability; in order to achieve comprehensive development and upgrading the capacities of organizations and individuals, project workers should have the basic skills of management. It is clear that project management is very important; it contributes to the transformation of ideas into a practical reality that enhances the means of management, activating the optimal use of resources, and the breakdown of profit and service activities. This project is the implementation of the engineering management in reality by doing a time scheduling, quantity survey and cost estimate to the building of "AL-Hag Qasim School" in Tulkarm city. The building is under construction. | en_US |
