Abstract
This project presents a comprehensive web and mobile application designed to provide a
modern, efficient, and user-friendly platform for managing and accessing apartment-related
services. The system aims to enhance usability, accessibility, and transparency by offering a
unified solution that serves users across both web and mobile environments.
The application enables users to browse apartment listings, view detailed information, and
explore apartment images and video through an intuitive and interactive interface. Core
functionalities include displaying apartment details, supporting user interactions through
responsive buttons, and ensuring consistent behavior across platforms. The web application
is developed using React, while the mobile application is implemented using React Native to
extend accessibility to mobile users without altering the existing web system. Both platforms
communicate with a unified backend built using Node.js, ensuring consistent data handling
and business logic.
From a system architecture perspective, the backend manages data processing, request
handling, and communication with the database, providing reliable and structured responses
to both the web and mobile clients. The use of a shared backend allows seamless integration
between platforms while maintaining system stability and scalability. The application
emphasizes clean design, consistent user experience, and efficient performance across
different devices and screen sizes.
By combining modern frontend technologies with a robust backend infrastructure, this
project delivers a cross-platform solution that improves accessibility and usability while
preserving consistency between web and mobile applications. The system demonstrates how
web-based services can be effectively extended to mobile platforms, providing a practical
and scalable approach to multi-platform application development.
