The urban and archaeological historical heritage is one of the most important aspects of the nation’s cultural heritage. This heritage is cherished by nations and peoples because of the authentic civilizational pages that it highlights that express the history and past of nations, and due to the importance of this heritage, many countries, especially in the face of the thought of globalization, have paid attention to their heritage and increased awareness among Its members and institutions stress the importance of preserving it as a cultural and tourist source and as a source for the local economy. Tourism also contributes, not only at the international level, but also at the local level, in encouraging individuals and families from outside villages and rural communities to visit these villages and enjoy the natural and heritage places and learn about local behavioral and living patterns. The issue of reinvesting urban and architectural heritage is one of the most important contemporary architectural issues, not only in the Arab world, but at the international level as well. This investment, which took two levels, first is the investment, modification and reuse of urban and architectural elements in contemporary architecture, and the second is the investment of the same heritage and historical sites in tourism investment. As a source of local national income, this trend in architectural and urban design has become one of the most important trends, especially in postmodern architecture, as an inevitable result of Western trends that caused a state of fragmentation of the urban fabric in the Arab city and its urban landscape. The research attempts to come up with strategies and general policies in the reinvestment of one of the heritage and archaeological sites in the Semih area in the town of Deir Samet, one of the villages of Hebron Governorate, and an attempt to turn it into a sustainable artisanal heritage tourist site while preserving historical monuments from previous civilizations.en_US
