| dc.description.abstract | The rapid evolution of digital technologies has underscored the necessity for efficient electronic systems in various sectors, including real estate, particularly within the expanding Palestinian market. This graduation project introduces "AqarKey," an integrated web-based platform developed using the Odoo ERP system to streamline real estate management and facilitate seamless interactions between property owners, real estate companies, and clients. The platform addresses critical challenges in the local market, such as the lack of real-time interaction, service integration, and accurate property information, by offering features like smart property search, online booking for inspections (via field visits or video calls), secure electronic payments, and integration with external services like Google Maps, OAuth, and SMS/Email APIs. The system supports three user categories—customers, real estate companies, and independent property owners—through customized interfaces, ensuring ease of use, scalability, and security. The project employed a structured methodology involving requirements analysis, system design using Data Flow Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, and Entity-Relationship Diagrams, followed by implementation and testing within a three-month timeframe. Key findings demonstrate the platform's effectiveness in enhancing transparency, productivity, and communication while addressing local market needs. Challenges, including data collection and integration of diverse applications, were overcome through custom coding and API utilization. The platform is expected to positively impact the Palestinian real estate ecosystem by empowering individual sellers, increasing market transparency, and supporting economic growth. Recommendations for future development include launching a mobile application, incorporating AI-driven text mining for market analysis, and expanding the platform regionally. AqarKey represents a significant step toward digital transformation in the Palestinian real estate sector, fostering economic growth and operational efficiency. | |
