| dc.description.abstract | Management is important in the implementation of any work, where the process of planning and organization is essential. Engineering projects also need to be managed in order to be implemented without any delay in implementation and delivery. In order to clarify the importance of management in engineering projects, this project will be done to give an example to how to succeed in time scheduling, Quantitative and financial planning. The engineering project primarily needs a time scheduling to know when it will start and when each project activity will end. In terms of material, the project will be prepared according to the specifications of the Palestinian unified contract. As well as to clarify the relationship between the three parties of the contract and their respective tasks and responsibilities. This project is the implementation of the engineering management in reality by doing a time scheduling and quantitative schedule to the Ministry of Local Government in the city of Ramallah. A complete and comprehensive draft of this project was provided, such as architectural and construction plans, etc., and the project was divided into activities that are easy to handle and make a time scheduling using (Primavera P6) program. Then make a full pricing for the project until the end of the finishing works by using the (Revit) program. After obtaining the results, a comparison will be made between these results and the results by the project contractor, then clarify the differences and comment on these results and show how to use engineering management in the correct manner. | en_US |
