Abstract
When anyone has money, you want to put this money in some investments, the first thing asks himself, this investment will be profitable or not? In our project, we conduct a feasibility study to build a factory that works on the finished furniture industry. As feasibility studies begin with the market study we conducted a market study consisting of approximating the demand volume of furniture components such as crowns, table legs, sofa arms, couch legs, armchair, chair legs. The second step is the technical study, in which we focused on the technical and logistical aspects of how we produce, store and deliver our products or services. Technical feasibility includes details of how to provide a product or service (ie materials, employment, transportation, place of work, technology required, etc.). The last step is the financial study and we have taken into account its total costs and potential revenues. We conducted two main surveys, one with official institutions such as the Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Nablus, Salfit, Jenin and Qalqiliya, and one with furniture manufacturing facilities in the northern region of Palestine. As a result, we were able to finish this study and do all the necessary steps and show us that this project is feasible as described in the results and to know all the details please read the project
