dc.description.abstractDesigning an environmentally friendly villa project is an important issue starting from the architectural design that was designed to be comfortable and environmentally based on environmental and architectural standards that take into consideration the desired goal , the building consists of three floors, basement, ground, first and every floor has its uses, basement has a sports room and rooms for mechanical services and other requirements of the building, ground living rooms and guest rooms in addition to the kitchen and the first floor has bedrooms and external balconies overlooking, The structural design took into consideration the expected seismic forces on the building and was designed to be safe and maintain the safety of the people inside. It was designed on the ETABS program, Environmental design is the most important section based on the objective of the project, the building was designed to be comfortable in terms of temperature and natural light and other depending on the insulating materials used and glass area and locations and the use of an appropriate cantilever , the building enargy calculations based on the Revit program and the program Ecotec and all results are within the required level that achieves environmental satisfaction within the villa, the mechanical design of the building works to save water and reduce the amount of black water by reclamation of gray water and use it again in the building for bathrooms, Electrical design also reduces the consumption of electricity in the building through the proper environmental design and the correct building oruantation that reduce the work of air conditioners inside the building and thus reduce the use of electricity, photovoltaic cells were used to collect solar energy and generate the required electricity for the whole house.en_US
