As known most of Graduation projects in facility of engineering aim to solve some problems that are already solved or to solve problems that has no appropriate solution, our project aims to provide more accurate intra-venous injections of medicines, accidents when skin gets Burned-Determination of Veins is necessary but difficult, locating Veins in Geriatrics for Blood tests or medical injection which are rewired by old people, generally, pediatrics – Having to puncture skin of children several times can be frightful and agonizing. Graduation project 1 include the theories we used and the principle of extract the place of bloody veins and algorithms used to do this and the other devices which do this and the programming languages used too, then determine the components we need and its cost and to do all this by compatible software all this to get a step in project 2 . At Graduation project 2 we start applied all theories practically and preparing all program and packages with proper systems , and the way to build the system with our components and all things needed to get a good result as the result in project 1, there is a opportunity to improve the project to compete other devices in same purpose .en_US
