Abstract
As known, customers always look for high quality products and whether they match their budget or not. As a general rule, the more money that a customer is planning to spend on a product, the longer he is going to search for the best online offer that provides detailed information. Due to the increased number of offers for the same product, customers need assistant to be able to choose the best one.
Furthermore, there is a huge influence of social media on marketing. Companies are using social influencers to market their products. This is done by giving reviews that can be unreal in order to have a magnificent impact on the followers.
It's important to have an application that gives customers full access to all the information which is relevant to their search and gives customers the ability to share their experiences, opinions, and reviews.
Sana is an application that eases the search for the customer and makes it faster and simpler through several features.
On one hand, this application allows the customer to create an account and search for a certain product visually or by using its barcode. This helps the customer to get detailed information about this product, besides a price comparison, reviews from the application itself or twitter. In addition to that , there is a list of similar products.
On the other hand, the customer can post a review on a product sharing her/his experience to their followers who can interact with them. He/ She can do this by adding a comment, like, or even save the post for later. Moreover, the user will receive live notification for all the updates and have the ability to edit their profiles.
There are many applications created in this field like Quik Scan and Scan Life .Both of them provide price comparison features depending on the product's barcode. Whereas ,none of them provide the ability to use visual search and get an honest review from the customers themselves.
Generally speaking, the process of this app starts by collecting data from the product providers. The whole experience the app provides is finally implemented to deliver a mobile application.
