dc.description.abstractWe have developed a human resources system at SARD Company using the Odoo program and used a set of modules, including: employees, recruitment, planning, attendance, vacations, approvals, salaries, evaluation, website, and data dashboard. There were some problems in the system adopted in the company, such as: limited information about the employee, lack of integration of the system due to the presence of more than one branch that does not communicate between them and integrate the information well or completely, which may sometimes lead to loss and confusion in the accounts and organization of information. For the owners of the company, there are no reports on the company’s sales, salaries, cost of materials, the extent of employees’ commitment to the company, the rate of employee turnover, the length of their stay in the company, knowing when it needs other and new employees, and other matters.......so it was done. Solve these problems by 1- Employee files: Employees and managers need to have comprehensive employee files containing personal information, employment records, salaries and benefits, evaluations, certifications, and more. The HR system can store these files securely and neatly in a single database for easy access. 2- Attendance and absence management: Managers need to track employee attendance and absence and record vacations, vacations, tardiness and early dismissal. An HR system can provide an interface for employees to record their attendance and absence and help managers keep track of this data centrally 3- Performance management and evaluation: Managers need to evaluate employees' performance, set goals, and track their progress. An HR system can provide tools to set and track goals, provide periodic performance evaluations, and record recommendations and feedback. 4- Payroll and benefits management: Employees need to receive salaries. Through the HR module, we have provided tools to set salaries for employees and any alternatives, bonuses, or deductions. To further support the project, we made the website not only for recruitment, but also added all the company’s chocolate and sweets varieties and implemented a shopping cart to make it easy for the employee to order and view the items.
