SUSTAINABLE PERFORMANCE INTEGRATION FOR BUSINESSMEN FORUM BUILDING'S

Abstract

The businessmen forum is considered as a multifunctional building, these types of buildings have become more common in the last years as a true integration of different functions in time and space. The important aspects that should be included in this project are architectural, structural, electrical, environmental, mechanical, safety aspects and a dedicated focus on sustainability by integrating the sustainable performance with other project objectives of all stakeholders. After finishing analyzing the business forum building, it’s capable to start the redesign step. In this design we solve all the architectural, structural & environmental by using engineering method. In addition Passive design was taken in consideration through design.
