Abstract
Palmas RealEstate is a digital transformation initiative in the Palestinian real estate sector, developed as a graduation project by MIS students from An-Najah National University. The platform addresses the inefficiencies of traditional manual brokerage methods—such as scattered listings, miscommunications, and lack of transparency—by offering a unified, automated solution. The primary goal of the project is to build a scalable, secure, and user-friendly real estate system tailored to the local market, integrating technologies such as ERP for commission tracking, CRM for client follow-up, virtual tours, AI chat support, and advanced analytics dashboards. Agile methodology was adopted throughout the development process, allowing for iterative design, continuous testing, and user feedback refinement. The implemented system includes property listings for both sale and rent, a client-facing booking and inquiry process, backend administrative dashboards, and a real estate inventory management module via Airtable. Evaluation showed a significant improvement in coordination, data accessibility, and customer satisfaction. In conclusion, Palmas RealEstate bridges the digital gap in Palestine’s real estate market, providing clients, agents, and developers with a powerful tool to manage, market, and streamline real estate transactions. The platform lays the groundwork for future expansion, including a mobile app and intelligent property recommendation engine.
