Abstract
The aim of this project is to develop a Management and Appointment Booking System for Al-Zaytouna Medical Center that helps organize both administrative and medical operations electronically. The system allows patients to book appointments easily through the receptionist or online, with the ability to view available specialized doctors and their schedules. It also enables doctors to manage their daily appointments, record medical notes for each patient, and maintain accurate medical records. In addition, the administration can manage users, organize doctors’ schedules, and monitor reports and statistics related to patient visits and medical services. This system helps reduce waiting time and organizational issues within the center, improves service efficiency, saves time and effort for both patients and medical staff, and supports the digital transformation of healthcare services at Al-Zaytouna Medical Center.
