dc.description.abstractThis project focuses on the development of a comprehensive management system for Sanad Society for People with Special Needs using the Odoo platform. The system integrates several essential functions, including beneficiary information management, employee management, attendance and leave tracking, expense and invoicing management, payroll processing, task and appointment scheduling, and email marketing. In addition, a dedicated informational website has been developed to enable online consultation bookings and facilitate communication with the society. The primary objective of the project is to enhance the quality of services provided to beneficiaries while also improving overall organizational efficiency and administrative performance. The system provides a user-friendly interface, enables accurate record creation for beneficiaries, and facilitates communication with parents and guardians through automated appointment reminders and therapy session reports. From an administrative perspective, the system manages 15 staff members' administrative tasks, organizes data, and optimizes scheduling for therapy sessions, ensuring treatment continuity and staff time optimization. Additional modules include expense tracking and invoicing, as well as email marketing tools to strengthen engagement with the community. Furthermore, an interactive website has been launched to serve as a powerful informational and communication platform. It reflects the mission of Sanad Society, providing free consultations, information about their therapy team, success stories, updates, awareness content, and FAQs for parents and families. In conclusion, this project aims to use Odoo's power to improve the Sanad Society's services, enhancing care quality, boosting parent satisfaction, and simplifying staff operations, ultimately enhancing the society's positive impact on beneficiaries.
