dc.description.abstract	Training skills and security competencies are obtained from the starting and starting point, which is (the training center), and the training center in (Jericho) in the West Bank, not including basic types of training in general and decentralized in terms of services and others, and it is the only training center. The security spaces for security training are considered to be one of the most important foundations of the security sector, through which the required competencies and skills are obtained, therefore it is very important to have comprehensive central spaces for all three types (marine - land - aerial) and to add the service nature of all kinds of housing (family - students) while providing all means of living, services, security, and safety, and separating these types of housing. The presence of centralized arenas for training of all three types. This security complex was the first proposed project that includes all the mentioned elements and the presence of a shooting range and other mandatory requirements for training centers in general. Because of the existence of this gap and shortage, the idea of establishing a security complex that includes complete and centralized training elements has emerged with the presence of special housing for each category concerned and comprehensive services of the complex and housing as well. Hence the proposed project, the security complex includes a central training area with housing of all kinds, within high-efficiency standards, with central training areas, and the addition of services to the security complex on this, special services for housing and for you to provide basic security and comfort, and provide Administrative and security areas, and special areas for educational courses with special closed arenas for that, to reach the required efficiency. The site was also in Jericho for several reasons, the most important of which is the presence of Istiklal Military University, the crossings and others.	en_US
