Abstract
The Dawabsheh residential building is located in the Duma – Nablus. The aim of this project to analysis of this building. This project, which is currently under construction, consists of a warehouse floor, storage floor, top six floors and top sixth floor with a total area of 3576 m2. The warehouse floor consist of six warehouses with an area of 368.372 m2, and the area of storage floor is 270.84 m2. The each top floor consist of two apartment with an area of 427.76 m2 and top sixth floor with an area 370.12 m2. Structural models will be analyzed by using computer software (SAP2000), and the result will be checked by hand calculation. In addition, AutoCAD will be used in drawing sections and details. The structural element will be designed as reinforced concrete members according to strength and serviceability criteria as specified in ACI 318-14, for seismic design IBC-2012 will be used.
