Cultural services in Palestinian cities suffer from shortages and random distribution, and they need to be systematically planned through cities and cultural complexes. Hence, the importance of presenting a proposal for a cultural oasis that includes cultural palaces, cinemas, theaters, museums, conference halls, exhibitions. will serve as the great edifice that can be used to hold cultural events, celebrations and festivals. The proposed cultural oasis is located in the eastern part of the city of Nablus near the town of Beit Furik, Salem, Deir al-Hatab and Azmut. The area is 280 dunums. It consists of a variety of cultural services such as the Palace of Culture, the museum and the conference hall, and sports services such as horse club and educational and recreational services including playground, In addition to the exhibition area and other public services.en_US
