dc.description.abstract | The aim of this project is to construct aluminum melting furnace, the temperature will heat up to 088 ° C inside the furnace. The furnace is designed and manufactured with the best types of insulation (bricks and thermal cement), so that the temperature of furnace surface relatively low compared to room temperature The furnace work by natural gas to melt the aluminum through a burner located at the top of the furnace wall, also an electric source to operate the mechanical and thermal control system. The furnace is also equipped with a mechanical system that allow it to rotate to pour the molten aluminum into the mold.
