dc.description.abstractThis project concerns with the structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete Building "Jalal Safarini" in Tulkarem. The building consists of six floors (garage at the basement, and 10 apartments), and it has a total area of 1400 m2. The project analyzed and designed using three dimensional structural modeling computer program (ETABS), and it designed using ACI 318-14 code and IBC-2015 code. The building is a simple structure for both lateral and vertical load paths. Such simplicity allows us to cover more topics than a complex one. This building was chosen as a representative example of the type of the most of the structures in Tulkarem. We gave a structural analysis of the building, design the building to resist gravity and seismic loads and produce practical structural drawings for all members.en_US
