dc.description.abstractThis project aims to build an integrated digital management and operation system for the Qadi Cosmetics store that offers cosmetics, perfumes, skin and hair care products and others. By using the Odoo platform to cover all operational, administrative and marketing aspects, along with developing a dedicated interactive interface for the company's customers via the website. The system has been developed to integrate the following core functions: 1. Sales: Manage orders, invoices, quotations and link them to inventory and customers. 2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Track potential and existing customers, and improve the quality of follow-up and communication. 3. Inventory: Comprehensive organization of stores and product movement, with instant reports and out-of-stock alerts. 4. Website: Design a professional website that displays products and services with shopping capabilities and direct interaction. 5. Marketing: Implement digital marketing campaigns that track performance across email and various platforms. 6. Analytics and Reports: Having detailed dashboards and reports on products, sales performance, customers, and inventory status, to support decision-making and improve management visibility. 7. Interactive events on the site (dedicated to enabling the customer experience): - Skin type questionnaire: helps the customer to know her skin type and suggest the appropriate products for her. - Connect with us: A live channel to chat with a skin expert or support team. - Share your opinion: An open form for collecting customer feedback and suggestions. - Matched Sheets: A downloadable game related to the detailed information of each product or collection. - Try and shine: a virtual experience to display products to the customer interactively. - Let's hear from you: A simple form that allows the customer to write the topic she wants to talk about, specifying if she is a new or old customer, and once the form is sent, the message is automatically transferred to the customer relationship management system (CRM) for follow-up by the competent team. This project embodies Qadi cosmetics transition to an inclusive digital environment that efficiently supports internal processes, radically improves the customer experience, and provides strategic analysis and planning tools, enhancing its competitiveness and sustainable growth.
