dc.description.abstract | Because of increasing of social media users and express there feeling in these web site , Companies nowadays have too many clients following them on various social media platforms, therefore, the natural next-step for companies is to monitor their own clients and give them the best services ,Companies who are concerned with achieving these things must use a software that give them the feedback about clients, in order to do the required procedures and to ease taking-decisions process.
