Abstract

 The Project is a MULTI PURPOSE-HALL which is located in the East of Qalqilya City,its planned to perform an MULTI PURPOSE-HALL in there because the lack like thisBuilding.  The Project is designed to satisfy the standards Environment friendly aspects in the firstdegree of its priorities. In addition to the rest of main stages of any project which isStructural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical Design. The architectural design issubjected to meet the Environmental requirements such as satisfying the studentscomfort. The MULTI PURPOSE-HALL  has (1772) square meter and includes theatre hall,reception, administration, locker rooms,  make up rooms, bathrooms, VIP room, storesand cafeteria . Concern the outside areas (3769) square meter which include parking and landscape area.
