Abstract
The project is an application that can be used on different types of smartphones and tablets. The purpose of this application is to establish and develop an effective mechanism of communication between the patrolman and the public citizens which are the main users for this type of application. Patrolman has quite different utilization can do with this application than drivers and each of them has its own application different than each other. ,sincepatrolman can write infraction easily, with high degree of security and in an efficient way. Also, we can guarantee to arrivals notification to owner for this fraction. On the other hand the other type of users can see all legal matters relating to the vehicle and whether if this vehicle has a traffic fine.
