The descriptive analytical approach was used because it is appropriate for the nature of this study such that, the study population consisted of (23,000) undergraduate and postgraduate students from the all colleges of the university, where a representative sample of (438) student was chosen in a random manner. The validity of the study tool was confirmed by presenting it to a number of teachers, and its stability was assured through (cronbach-alpha) coefficient, and then the statistical analysis program (SPSS) was used to study and analyze the results. The study reached several results, the most important of which are that standards for content quality, design of electronic courses, standards for the quality of administrative services and support for students at An-Najah National University are present at a medium level, and students' satisfaction with their experience of the e-learning system was weak, in addition to that there are no statistically significant differences in Students' answers due to gender, school year, or college.
