dc.description	تعاني المدن الفلسطينية من مشاكل عديدة اهمها التوسع العمراني غير المدروس والمنتظم، بسبب التحديات الصهيونية من سلب مساحات واسعة من الاراضي،بالتالي يقوم الفلسطينين بالتوسع باي اتجاه للحفاظ على ما تبقى من الاراضي، وتعاني ايضا المدن من الازمة المرورية والعشوائية في الطرق مما يضعف فهم هوية الطريق. وهنا تكمن اهمية الدراسة حيث تناولت جزء من اهم طريق في الضفة الغربية وهو شارع نابلس – حوارة حيث يعتبر جزء من شارع 60 الواصل مدن الضفة من الشمال للجنوب. يعاني شارع حوارة من العشوائية في الاستخدامات والازمة الخانقة في ساعات الذروة ووجود محددات سياسية لوجود حاجز الحوارة حيث اغلاقه يمنع اي تواصل بين تجمعات الشمال مع الوسط والجنوب. وتم الاستدلال على ذلك من خلال دراسة وتحليل الواقع من ناحية الطرق واستخدامات الاراضي وتم وضع حلول ومخططات لحل المشاكل من جهتين جهة مخطط لاستعمالات الاراضي ومخطط للطرق من جهة اخرى. ما قامت عليه الدراسة هو اعطاء هوية للشارع والاهتمام باعتبار الشارع مدخل لمدينة نابلس، واستغلال العديد من الفرص الغير مستغلة لتحسين الاقتصاد والحفاظ على استمراريته، والحد من الازمة المرورية والعشوائية في الشارع.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Palestinian cities suffer from many problems, the most important of which is the unconscious and organized urban expansion due to the Zionist challenges of taking away large areas of land. . Here lies the importance of the study, which dealt with part of the most important road in the West Bank, which is Nablus - Huwwara Street, where part of the 60th Street connecting the cities of the West Bank from the north to the south. Huwwara Street suffers from indiscriminate use and the suffocating crisis in the peak hours and the presence of political determinants of the presence of the Huwwara checkpoint, where its closure prevents any communication between the northern communities with the center and south. This was evidenced by the study and analysis of reality in terms of roads and land uses and solutions and plans to solve problems were developed on the one hand and a land use plan and a road plan on the other. The study is based on giving the identity of the street and attention as the entrance to the city of Nablus, and the exploitation of many untapped opportunities to improve the economy and maintain its continuity, and reduce the traffic and random crisis in the street.	en_US
