Abstract
This project aims to design and develop a website for a healthy restaurant called "Pita Bite." The goal is to provide a flexible and easy digital experience that enables users to browse the menu, add orders to the cart, and track order status.
The system was developed using WordPress and WooCommerce, along with the integration of an intelligent chatbot built using Flutter and Dialogflow ES. The project was based on a thorough analysis of user needs and addressed the challenges associated with traditional ordering methods by designing interactive interfaces and an organized database using an entity diagram (ERD).
Among the notable features that have been developed is payment in two ways: upon receipt or through a credit card., order tracking, and chatbot interaction, which contributed to increased service efficiency and improved user satisfaction. The project concluded with the development of a comprehensive user guide that explains the system's operation for users and administrators, ensuring ease of management and smooth daily operation.
