An Integrated Re-Design For The Development and Lending Fund for Local Authorities Building

Abstract

This project was creating an integrative Re-Design for the Development and Lending Fund for Local Authorities that Include an architectural, structural, mechanical, fire proofing, HVAC, lighting, acoustical and environmental assessment. A literature review was used to conduct a compressions Between the standards design with the project design, Thereafter, for the structural side, the best system was chosen and designed. Finally, the project's results used to evaluate the Building’s overall efficiency, and the project was used as a baseline for the designing of the second phase in this semester. Several programs have been used during the analysis for the project such as, Etab, Revit, AutoCAD, Dialux, EASEA and Design Builder.
