| dc.description.abstract | Al-Ardah Dermatology Clinic using the Odoo ERP platform. The clinic previously relied on manual methods and basic software tools, which led to inefficiencies such as scheduling conflicts, data fragmentation, and weak inventory tracking. To address these challenges, the system was developed using Agile methodology, allowing iterative development, regular feedback from clinic staff, and continuous improvements. The solution integrates key clinic operations, including patient records, appointment scheduling, treatment documentation, billing, inventory, and reporting. A website was also developed to help patients learn about the clinic and to support both patients and the administration in the booking process, which adds strength to the system. Key findings indicate a significant enhancement in operational efficiency, including a reduction in appointment errors, improved access to patient data, streamlined financial processes, and real-time inventory management. The system also supports automated reminders, SMS and email marketing, and dynamic dashboards for data-driven decision-making. In conclusion, the IITTS not only addresses the shortcomings of the previous system but also enhances the clinic’s overall performance, patient care quality, and administrative efficiency. Future work includes upgrading to Odoo 17 for AI integration and expanding connectivity with external hospital systems for more comprehensive clinical management. | |
