This project aims to examine the current situation of Nablus City and propose its redesign and planning in a way that enhances urban security and addresses challenges related to public safety and urban regulation. The significance of this research lies in the growing need for safer and more stable cities in light of urban transformations and increasing demographic, economic, and social pressures. The project focuses on six main sectors: infrastructure, transportation, public services and community facilities, local economy, urban planning and regulation, and housing. These sectors were analyzed to identify strengths and weaknesses, explore opportunities and threats, and highlight issues of regulatory violations and unplanned urban expansion. The research adopts analytical and planning approaches based on theoretical studies and field applications, aiming to provide a comprehensive vision for strategies to improve urban security—whether through the development of infrastructure, the enhancement of transportation systems, the reinforcement of public services and green spaces, or the implementation of more effective regulatory policies. The project concludes with a set of practical recommendations that contribute to strengthening the city’s security and achieving a more cohesive and prosperous urban environment, ensuring a safe and sustainable future for Nablus and its residents
