Abstract:
This project aims to develop an integrated management system for Sard Chocolate Company to improve operational efficiency in the chocolate industry in Palestine. The system focuses on key areas such as inventory management, sales tracking, dealer relationship management, and employee organization, while providing reports and statistics to support decision making.
The system includes advanced inventory management tools that include tracking product levels, expiration dates, adding and renewing products, archiving expired products, and disposing of them. It also supports the creation of invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports for sales. The system facilitates the management of dealer relationships by enabling them to submit orders, track inventory, manage debts, and review invoices.
As for employees, the system provides tools to manage vacations, salaries, and records, while creating personal files for each employee. It also provides accurate reports that include sales, inventory, dealers, debts, and employees.
The system includes a raw materials page to display and track available inventory, expirable materials, expired materials, and shortages, in addition to managing orders and suppliers. It also includes an order tracking page to display order statuses (pending, in preparation, delivered). Also, the payment page helps in planning production based on the required quantities and available materials.
The system is designed with an easy-to-use user interface to simplify the processes and provide a smooth experience for all users, which contributes to improving productivity and reducing errors. The project aims to provide a comprehensive and effective solution for chocolate companies in Palestine.
