dc.description.abstract• Purpose: This project aims to develop an integrated Management Information System (MIS) using Odoo to automate interactions among various stakeholders in the pharmaceutical ecosystem. These stakeholders include pharmacies, doctors, warehouses, companies, and guests. The system seeks to enhance the efficiency of communication, product management, and sales transactions by offering a centralized platform tailored to the needs of each stakeholder. • Problem Statement: • Manual processes in the pharmaceutical sector often result in inefficiencies, data duplication, and communication bottlenecks, leading to operational delays and lost business opportunities. Moreover, managing different user roles and their respective permissions manually creates additional complexity and increases the risk of errors. • Methodology The system was developed using the Odoo platform, adopting Agile methodology to ensure iterative development and continuous stakeholder feedback. Key modules were designed and customized to address the unique needs of each stakeholder, incorporating features such as role-based access control, product registration, automated workflows for sales and purchases, and integration of advertisement and modules to monetize the platform • Key Findings The implemented system successfully streamlined the interaction between stakeholders by automating product registration and enabling seamless communication. Data consistency and integrity were significantly improved, reducing manual errors. Additionally, the integration of advertisements and demonstrated a viable revenue stream to support the platform’s sustainability. • Conclusion: This project highlights that automating pharmaceutical business processes using Odoo enhances operational efficiency, ensures better data accuracy, and supports new revenue streams. By centralizing and automating interactions, the system empowers stakeholders to collaborate effectively and fosters a more transparent and efficient pharmaceutical ecosystem.
