dc.description.abstractOne of the major economic sectors in Palestine and the main engine of the country's growth is the construction industry. It is complicated, though, and it faces numerous restrictions and challenges that have an impact on its outcomes. This study was done in an effort to address the issues with construction contracting in Palestine from the perspective of various local stakeholders. Contractors, owners, and consultants make up this group. The Rework in construction projects is one of the most important issues that face the construction sector. Over the last few years, a lot of building projects in the West Bank have faced rework problems and it encountered a lot of issues.
