| dc.description.abstract | Many students or staff at An-Najah National University look for scholarships. The existence of scholarship center makes this process easier. However the process that is done inside this center is manual and hard to be managed, for example the scholarship is sent to the Heads of Departments, then to the students or lecturers and this process takes lots of time. Also, each scholarship have the applications on google form which is exported to excel sheets with no centralization of data. This project aims at building a managerial system for the scholarship center at NNU, which will be mainly used by the staff to facilitate their work by automating and organizing the process of creating scholarship formsandcollectingapplications. Thesystemwillbedesignedinageneric and dynamic way in which the staff will be able to create customized scholarships and filters for the selection process. All submitted applicationswillbearchivedandeasilyprocessedbythestaffbyusingautomatic ranking system for applications. Using this system, a friendly communication can be achieved between the students/scholars and the staff of the center through messages, notes and transparent selection process. | en_US |
