Operations management system for Dentist Abdul Rahman Al-Masry’s clinic

Abstract

The dental clinic currently follows the traditional system for managing appointments using an agenda book, and patient files are kept on paper, which increases the likelihood of them getting lost. Payments are recorded in a book, and inventory is reviewed verbally. Our system provides a solution to these issues through three interfaces: for the doctor, the secretary, and the patient. Appointments can be added and viewed through different interfaces for the doctor and the secretary. Additionally, we offer electronic management of patient files, saving time and effort for the doctor in data entry. Moreover, we manage payments for each patient and each procedure for the patient, as well as a small part of the inventory.
