Abstract
This project aims to develop a solution to the expected shortage of cellular communication services inside An Najah university hospital. This proposed system will serve hundreds of the hospital visitors, workers and residences. At one stage data will be collected based on a predesigned method then, this data will be interpreted. This problem will be stated and examined using certain mathematical tools and a proper engineering approach. Both capacity and coverage problems will be addresses.  The system components will be studied and analyzed and the engineering aspects will be applied to design an integrated solution to a critical problem which faces the local society. During this project we will be able to strengthen our team work and communication skills, we will be able to cooperate among ourselves as well as with partners inside and outside the university.
