Abstract
Civil engineering is distinguished from the rest by the continuous development that takes place every year. And because building and construction is an integral part of this engineering, a new system was developed for precast concrete. The reason for establishing this project is that Palestine lost such a development, which aims to build construction quickly and save money and time in both cases. It also provides many good environmental benefits that all stakeholders in relation to the environment adopt.
The research aims to define precast concrete and distinguish it from others, and mentioned its use in many developed countries for a long time and since a recent period in the neighboring Arab countries.
The main reason for using this method is because of its positives for the owner and the consumer at the same time. Finally, the research comes out with many important results that will distinguish precast concrete from other types.
