Abstract

According to the huge development of information technology and our need to it which became an important part of our lives , so Al-Refai company decided to improve their performance in car trading by iterative model using information technology . After analyzing and understanding the current system of the company we came up with two fields to create and improve , first a system which contains all commercial operation of the company , second a website that display the cars in a professional way . However the conclusion of these improvements led us to manage the commercial operations , organize the relation between the suppliers .
