Abstract
This project is important because it helps all users of different types of transportation in Palestine as quickly as possible. Especially at critical times or if they are not familiar with the surrounding area. Where many services are provided to them that help remove idle vehicles or accident vehicles from the streets and restore the street path to normal as soon as possible, also providing urgent maintenance services for cars, especially for women, and refilling fuel or battery charge. Also, it saves time and effort on the customer as he can get the service in the place he is.
Through this project, the customer will be able to request five services. The first one is the Battery charge when the car battery is drained. The second one is Refilling fuel when the fuel is consumed and he cannot reach a nearby gas station. The third one is Break down through this service, the customer can get any mechanical assistance in the event of a mechanical failure of the car. Fourth one is Recovery this service can use for any transportation order, for example, the customer can transfer his car to a specific garage in the event of an accident, or the insurance company can request this service to move its cars to the specified repair locations, also for transporting orders such as transporting a specific bicycle load to the show. The police can also use it where you can request this service in order to transport cars without a number to a specific location. And the last one is Repairing and changing tires and this service is especially needed for women. On the other side, there is a company to meet his request.
The goal of this project is to connect the service provider and the customer smoothly and to facilitate the customer in obtaining various services, maintaining traffic and reducing congestion in the streets.
We created a custom mobile app that can order the services through it, manage his vehicles (add vehicles), and extra features. It’s also contain a map to detect the customer's location and other required locations. On the other hand, we designed a website for a private company. It’s store users of mobile applications and their vehicle information in the database to speed up the response time. Through the website, the administrator will be able to monitor customer vehicles positions and the service provider companies by a map. Also, add new companies and the providers who are related for them. The administrator also will be able to add new bookings to the database and review the orders, track their status and search for a specific company, provider or customer.
The mobile application that we created is cross-platform, which we have
created to facilitate people in the tough event of various situations that may
occur at any moment, by using Sallikna will simplify these hard situations
and save customer efforts and time.
Also, the availability of the emergency call feature is useful in case of
emergency situations.
We have also provided direct support with system admin if you have any
inquiries and questions .
This is an integrated system for a private company (website mange by admin
)
And we provide applications for smart phones, which we mentioned earlier,
which have features that contribute to achieving goals.
By the end this project presented to help the Palestinian community, it aims
to organize and solve problems that facing drivers, and it is also aimed at
helping the companies that provide the service by increasing the number of
customers.
