Abstract
This project aims to solve some of the problems that a clothing store in Nablus suffers from. To solve these problems, we have implemented customer relationship management systems in the various functions it offers, such as sales, customer support, marketing, and reporting. Another point is that we’re developed an online store specifically for the Drift store, which will enable them to increase returns and also enable them to reach a larger segment of customers.
