Abstract
Our project talks about building a factory to recycle used car tires (UCT) and benefit from them in healthy ways and avoid environmental pollution resulting from burning them and other methods that have a negative impact on the environment. In this project, the importance of the used tires was highlighted, as there is every car contains four tires, and with the varied use of these car tires, a huge number of expired used car tires, tires are available annually. Since the life time of car tire is limited to not more than two years, and the maximum time allowed to use the same tire is six years, even when the car is not used or with low use of the tires, because the weight of the car alone leads to the wear of the tire and even when it is still in sleep. Moreover, the environmental impact due to unfriendly disposal into consideration, because after research we found that the world is disposing of tires by either burying or burning the. And in both cases the environment is the most affected in this process, so the one tire takes about 600 years to degrade in the soil but if burned, the rising dioxide gas poses a great danger to the weight layer. After clarifying the environmental impact resulting from getting rid of the tires, we have determined the places where the spent tires are collected in Palestine. There are most of the damaged tires are found at the tire replacement shops, where most of the owners of these stores store these tires until one of other sides takes them at a price is cheap. Some amusement parks for children, for example, use them to work as barriers to absorb shocks, or some schools or individuals take small quantities for using them in farming. In the event that are not customers for these tires. They are thrown in landfills, and the municipality disposes of them. Meaning of that, there is not a real and regular customer of these Tires. In the end, we planned and designed the factory, calculated its areas, took into account all preventive and safety measures, and made a comprehensive feasibility study to determine whether this project was feasible or not, and we found out that it is feasible, and reaps a lot of profit This project introduces an innovative method as well as environmentally friendly method to recycle them and produce ECO friendly products.
