Abstract
A Health Center is one of the most important facilities by a group of general practitioners and nurses providing healthcare services to people in a certain area, these centers provide access to a range of medical services family doctors, pediatricians, obstetricians, gynecologists, dentists, mental health care providers, pharmacies and so on. They are located in areas where economic, geographic, or cultural barriers limit access to affordable health-care services. A health center (752m2, one story) in Tubas city was taken because people in this area need a one, and to solve the garage problem. The health center will be analyzed and integrate the design of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental. The architectural design must be checked to provide a suitable area, easy movement, and good orientation for rooms. For the First semester, site assessments and analyzes were carried out in several stages. First, it was to look at the comfort of patients and staff by paying attention to the functional relationships of the spaces, comparing these spaces with the standard, and collecting information for a study case to benefit from its design idea and the solutions found in it. Second, an analysis of the site in terms of wind speed, annual rainfall, temperature, and how to reach this site. Third, the environmental aspect, a solution will be suggested to improve the building to obtain thermal comfort and natural lighting as possible with Design Builder and Revit. The final analysis is the structural analysis, the structural system is determined, a model is made and the checks by using ETAB For the second semester, Detailed plans are designed according to the construction requirements. First, the environmental design that includes ventilation, acoustics and natural lighting systems, Secondly, structural design, which contains 3D model analysis and seismic analysis Third, the mechanical design that includes sanitation, water, and HVAC. Then the electrical design consists of grounding, lighting, control panel design and power, Finally, the emergency exits and alarm systems were taken into consideration.
