Abstract
With the large growth in the number of people and their needs and requirement, and the lack of the plots at the same time, the need to provide an integrated multi-purpose building has arose, this building is the shopping center which includes motels, restaurant and offices along with shops.
This project aims to design an integrated mixed-purpose building in the west of Nablus, Al-Basateen area, near the western garage of villages.
The building consist of 11 floors –Exclude Basement- , it includes different type of shops, restaurant, motels and offices.
It designed for architectural, structural, environmental, mechanical and electrical.
The first step will be done by the literature review and case study, then by using different software programs such as: Revit, ETABs, Ecotect, Design Builder, Dialoxe and others.
The results presented in the form of a report in addition to charts, plans and tables.
