Abstract
• rustic entertaining project, the project is based on idea to save the green areas in the site without adding so many interventions may harm the environment, the construction will be less as possible in the project. • The project is located on Beit Lid ,in the south-east of Tulkarm, where the chosen location is a regional site mediates the provinces of the north (Nablus, Jenin, Tulkarem, Qalqiliya) where access from all the provinces of the north are available and easily. As that part of the project was licensed by the Ministry of local government and is filed under entertainment zone. The area of the project approximately 95 dunums • • The project has several dimensions, social, regional, economic, recreational and other 1. economic objective: we can achieve this goal through the development of local economy, and take what we can made on the site such as vegetation and creating buildings which magnet for residents and tourists, we can be achieved through: • Commercial places: the mall \ Cafeteria \ Restaurants • Housing: Modular \ Hotel • Entertainment: Playgrounds \ pools \ galleries closed \ Children's Gardens 2. Social Objective: This can be achieved through the continued people by proposing a social projects , which can be achieved through the following: • Place of meetings, meetings and conferences • Camping • People connect with one another through family sessions • Facilities and Events 3. Environmental Objective: This objective is achieved by keeping the vegetarian areas and to decrease the environmental damage that results from the buildings and facilities of the project and this can be achieved through: • Preservation of existing vegetation • Integration between planning and landscaping areas • The possibility of expansion without damage to the environment 4. regional Objective: by making the project serves the area on a regional level through : • Service the north governorates • Enhances the value of the tourist site
